I'm doing better. The nausea has passed and I was able to get a couple slices of cold pepperoni/mushroom/extra cheese pizza down. I really need to eat some more. Fruit would be good.... if I had any.
Peeing clear now, so my hydration is catching up.
I'm feeling well enough to be motivated to work on the bike getting it ready for tomorrow. That's usually a good sign.
LOL, glad you are feeling better but I wounder why after reading that do I want to offer some words of advice? You do know the key to getting iron legs has nothing to do with having an iron stomach right? j/k
