I guess I topped off my water and gatorade bottles at each stop instead of re-filling them. I wanted to make sure I didn't run out before the next stop. There were some cookies and cream bars by Quaker. I tried one. there were also orange wedges. I didn't try any because I've bad experiences in the past with them on long rides. The fig bars and bananas work best for me.

I've been riding between 60 and 70 miles a wek for the past two months. I was riding a lot more before that. I was able to squeeze in a self-supported century two weeks ago.
