There are lots of good routes in and around the park. Last summer we rented a cabin at Sebago Cabin Camp for a week and rode the drives in and around the park. While you could probably get there self supported by bicycle I'd recommend a car as the closest place to get groceries is in Sloatsburg, about 5 miles from the campground. Also for the most part there is no cell phone service in the park - at least not with ATT. You'll always see lots of riders on 7 lakes drive, Tiorati Brook Rd, Lake Welch Parkway, Rt 106 and Arden Valley Rd. Lots of good climbs and descents and fairly light traffic.
