That rim should be fine for 180lb, but how many spokes is it drilled for? DT, King, White Industries. All would make a sweet wheel. Since it's not too deep, if it's your only aero rim, I'd make it the front wheel. I might warn you, though, that if this is going to be a daily use wheel and your other wheel is a clincher, you're going to hate carrying a spare tube AND a spare tire on rides. You should use this as an excuse to buy a matching rim and build a nice race set.
It is a 28 hole rim. Thats what I was thinking, I plan on racing next season so I would use it as a race wheel, Ill ride my current wheels in the mean time. And the other plan was to buy another either matching rim or maybe a little deeper wheel for the rear, I would like to do a matching set but I dont know if my bank account will do it (broke college kid) unless I get a sweet grant this semester...
