Ok, you're jumping to a conclusion here that wasn't in the OP, though I can see why. I also cleared it up earlier so you didn't read all the posts.
I ate a solid breakfast, and had eaten a bar and a half by this point in the ride. So I had been eating.
I stopped to fill up both water bottles and decided to try these Bloks for the first time. After eating them, I started feeling poorly.

I use Clif Shot Bloks on rides along with 1 bottle of water and one with a sports drink and I also put drops of Elete (electrolytes) into both bottles.
But I think you waited way too long to start your intake 2 hours into the ride is kind of late.
I make sure I eat good the night before, then that morning when I take off I eat one Clif Shot Blok after that I eat one every 20min and take in some water or sports drink or before I hit a big hill.
That's the stuff I tried last summer. It made me violently ill within 40 minutes of consumption.
