Yeah, it is what it is. Gotta keep in mind that the bigger you are the bigger your day-to-day fluctuations. So all else being equal you're just fine.
I've been kinda wondering if its my imagination or what - in the last 10 days three different folks at 4 different occasions commented on my apparent weight loss, even though I've been eating more and I've actually gained about 2 pounds. It could be they're just 'being nice' although that many times seems unlikely.
If I've learned anything its just that you gotta be consistent in the long run and the rest will work out
