I'm from the East and I've never been out West before. I'm looking for a good century as an excuse to make a road trip this summer. There are really only three rules to this game:

1. It has to be sometime between mid May and early August.
2. Registration must be relatively cheap.
3. I don't care how big or small the ride is. This doesn't have to be the most well known or most popular century there is....just something with good support and beautiful surroundings. Actually, some of the lesser known centuries might be more interesting to hear about.
