yea i will try a lower resistance seems logical buy should i do that now even when my knee still has that nagging sporadic dull pain in my knee (which now is randomly both on top or the inside thigh are of my knee) or should i wait till it goes away which may be a while?
I'm not sure I'd take my own advice on what's basically medical stuff, but last year I had the same kind of pain off and on and just rode through it. I started taking a "joint health" supplements, first flax oil then glucosamine/chondroitin & MSM, but I can't say for sure whether they had any effect. I can say I rode 10 miles + every day, and it healed up fine.
