Yeah, I knew that much but the conversion that I have done on the internet to calories was doing stupid things. For instance one site I plugged in the 1788 kJ I burned in a 3.5 hr ride and it told me I had only burned 435 cals. I knew that was wrong for a 3.5 hr ride. Thanks for answering... Looks like WR gave the correct formula to do this properly.
