I was really hesitant to make the investment in clipless, but did so probably two months ago and now all the bikes are SPD'd. It really does make a huge difference, and I try to inform everyone who gets a relatively performance-oriented bike at our shop of the virtues of trying clipless. I have yet to find someone who hasn't liked it.
