Gee, d'ya think? Nobody's going to be the lark of the morning on 4-5 hours of sleep, and you can't cheat your way out of it with caffeine or special alarm clocks or any of that foolishness. Turn off the TV, turn off the computer, stop sucking down stimulants that keep you awake and go to sleep.
