I do have a friend that does fitting, the only thing is his selection of bikes is from intermediate to pro level. So the price isn't there for me, if anything i want to get something close to her size and get her fitted onto that bike by him. I just got done measuring her standover and its at 26.5 lol, thats how short she is. I'm thinking i'll have to do a kids 24.

I didn't tell you to get a fitting, I said to get a bike that fits her...as per her opinion based on her taking them for a ride. She ain't racing.

There are plenty of bikes out there with smaller geometries, 650c or 26" wheels and compact or step-thru frames.
