Most CX bikes have the same width rims as sport road bikes. Any tire size from 23 to 35 will fit, but 25 to 32 would be my recommendation.

I use 28 size Gatorskins on my CX/commuter bike. I can run 110 lbs of pressure. Not ideal for racing, but perfect for city streets.
