Anybody planning a big ride sometime this weekend on top of their commuting miles? I am and I'm planning on no biking for at least 24 hours prior.
I'm a year-round commuter of 14 miles and starting this month I am in week 3 of a 10 week training schedule for an organized July Century. To follow the schedule, I expand my commute, and on Saturday is the weekly long ride, 48 miles tomorrow, which I will do to my workplace since I need to go in at my convenience.
Funny you should ask though because just prior to reading this thread, I received an invitation to a co-worker's wedding the day of the Century.
