Yes, if I need to do a quick sprint, 88" works well.
re: spinning faster - if I spin fast constantly (as fast as I can), my heart rate would go through the roof (160+ bpm) and this is neither healthy not good feeling.
I'll keep looking for 3/32 cogs so I can use strength to go fast, rather than fast rpm's. I live in a flat area and have great leg/back strength. Only challenge would be the wind.
