The Baltimore-Annapolis bike path is 40km (25 miels) from US-50 to Glen Burnie and has very little climbing (100m, perhaps? Probably less.) an other riders are used to folks pulling kids and trailers. Easy to turn around if you don't want to go that far, too. Even has lots of parking spots.
