The description of the bars implies that this is for TTs and "Sportive" riders. Drop bar with an aero bar attachment.

In USAC you can't have a bar ending pointing up, and these point up, I think. Not sure if the flat part counts as the "top" and which way it's pointing.

I think in USAC you can still use Rakes and Speed Bars (?). They end pointing down just like normal drop bars. I have pretty much no use for them, but the diesels would like them.
