Miss Bumble Rides Again!
OK So i woke up with a little headache - not bad really and pushed myself to go join a group on a ride this morning. It was billed as a No Drop ride and started a few miles from my apt. I live in Dunwoody, GA pretty cityish with traffic and don't ride alot in this area. Anyway large social group of us and we rode through town - Past GA Tech, Little 5 Points, Edgewood, Virginia Highlands, and Buckhead. It was 37 miles at a 13 AVG and that was about all I could handle as my Heart Rate was at about 180 on the hills. I think not working out for a week impacted my ride. But I tell you - it certainly makes life soo much more fun when you go for a ride!
I am on the bottom row - middle. Still have some weight to lose - but do think I look like I could kick some butt on the bike!
