Aside from nit picking the individual components, the biggest difference I see is disc brakes or linear pull brakes.

Will you be riding in bad weather at all? If so, you might prefer disc brakes. The linear pull brakes are not a deal breaker though.

Personally, I prefer the linear pull brakes over hydraulic discs for a commuter bike. Easier maintenance in my opinion.

If all other factors are relatively equal, which color do you like best?
