Very similar to my Raleigh Marathon. Mid 80s, when Raleigh of America was really Huffy licensing the name and importing bikes from Taiwan and Japan. Yours is a lower model (like my Marathon). I have the same derailleurs and they work flawlessly.
Search around in
here for a blue and silver Raleigh with 502 tubing. I thought maybe it was a Record (same colors) but the Record didn't use 502 tubes. Still... maybe it's a Record.
