Hey all,

I got hit by a car on my 1980's Schwinn World Sport (10-spd) and I need to find some affordable, but hopefully dependable, wheelsets. I have a good understanding of bicycle maintenance and construction, but I don't have any experience evaluating brands of wheelsets.

Can anyone give me a suggestion for some 27x1 1/4 wheelsets that will be good quality for around $200? The main purpose of this bike is commuting and minor touring.
