The thing about motorcycles is that they are entitled to the full lane, at all times, and with no exception. Ergo if they are threading, they're just greedy and should rightly be stopped from having it both ways.

Cyclists have to share the lane at all times and may take the full lane on rare occasions when they dare to put their life on the line. Threading is just sharing the lane, same as it ever was.
