IRO messed up my order
I ordered a build kit from them.
i got the cranks, bar, chain cog and stem
but they forgot to include the seat post, bottom bracket, and lock ring.
I was really excited when I got the package today then i realized things were missing. aw.
does this happen often?
I emailed them
do you think they'll believe me :[
i'm probably going to get upset if they make me pay shipping and handling for the missing parts.
