i answered a Freecycle post for 4 bikes in my area. never heard back from the loser. then, 2 weeks later i get an email from my friend Helen. turns out it was her all along! so this is what she gave me:
first one is a Puch, second is a Fuji Supreme, third a Motobecane Mixte, last a Gary Fisher Marlin. Hmmm, a MTB named after a fish? i was hoping the fuji would fit me, but alas--a bit too small. and the Puch is too big. hope i don't have to throw the Marlin back.
everything looks reparable, but it's all in pretty rough shape.
