Yeah I just ordered a build kit from them a week ago and they forgot the seat post as well.
I keep forgetting to call them though.
It doesn't bother me too much because the seat post was the one thing I didn't actually need from them, but it was still cheaper to buy the kit.
I would still like to have the post though, seeing as I did pay for it.
