Here in Canada, the two temp agencies that employed me both offered health care packages (dental, chiropractic, eyeglasses, medications, etc.) which we could sign up for if we wanted. As it happened I did some calculations and found that getting a package through CAA (Canadian Automobile Association) was slightly less expensive so that's the route I went.
