How do you interpret this wording?
There is a local ride that says the pre-registered fee is $X til today. Tomorrow the price goes up by $15. The there is on-line registration and no mail-in forms. There is a bike shop in another city that handles packet pick up but they are not the main sponsor. You can sign up on the day of the ride for the late fee.
Today I went to the on-line registration to sign up but on-line registration is now closed.
I'm I mis-reading something here? Shouldn't the price be good through today? Other events using the word "til" or "until" seem to indicate the price is good through the date. I tried emailing and calling the business that is managing the event and got no response.
