I have emailed both Swobo and Civia, OEM users of the iM9 hub on some of their bikes, regarding the parts support situation. I also sent an email to Sram tech support, asking that the president be copied, regarding the lack of parts support.
So far as I can determine Rohloff, Sturmey Archer, Shimano and Falbrook NuVinci all do a better job of supporting their gear hubs in the American market than SRAM does.
