that entry brought back memories of a race i did, back in '93.

it was my 2nd race in the US, after coming back from the climes of scotland. a bit of a shock, going from racing in +/-65°F to 95°F in a weeks time.

i cramped in a 60+mile RR. as i was making my way to the finish, i spot a bike on the side of the road. i look over, and there's a guy swimming in full race kit, in a pond. turns out that it ws a friend of a friend. a cat 2, who was so hot, he quit, and went for a swim.
