I don't have a lot of money to spend that is why I am looking at this used bike at the moment.
Is it ok to start with or should I pass?

Everything else is really the same.... And um.. well... I don't know what your budget or use of this bike really are... but I would lean away from sora, and just plain stay away from 2200... This is like dept store bike territory.
