Episodes 47 and 48- Last preps for the weekend's Bike and Brew/Winery Tour
Thursday May 28th- 30 miles on ole Reliable
Rode moderately hard from downtown up to a local marina and back. On the loop around the airport coming home I had a few minutes of saddle discomfort that soon passed. Funny I remember an earlier ride in this report where I reported the same feeling while riding in the same section of road!

Friday May 29th- 15.8 miles on ole Reliable
Just a very easy hour ride today to keep from going stale. Not much chance to get tired or uncomfortable. After today's ride I have about 850 miles and 62 hours on the B-17.

For the next two days I will be riding on the short two-day tour through rural Nebraska mentioned above. It's about 58 miles each day with a lunch break at the mid point... it should be a test of the B-17's real comfort level. Right now I would describe it as good but not fabulous or ecstasy producing. I drove the tour route a couple of days ago and took some pics.
