I purchased a set of Neuvation's M28 Aero 3 wheels earlier this spring as I'm dusting off my road bike after five years (job, first child man, where did the time go?). From the research that I did, it sounds as if they really stand behind the product and work quickly to resolve any problems. That was a big selling point for me.
