I'm so glad I found this forum --- hopefully I'll be less inclined to fall for the marketing words and focus on functionality/reality with that subjective yet necessary APPEAL

Endless thanks to a guy who listed a Peugeot on Craig's List (it had already been sold) but we wound up talking on the phone for about 30 minutes.... He encouraged me to keep looking, go to a bike shop and get measured so I know what size frame I need and told me about these bike forums.
Gawd............. I HOPE this doesn't get me started on a new addiction....
