Now that is just nuts. 142 miles, 1 week before a double century? Not exactly what I would have done, but kudos to you for completing that. I usually try to avoid E. Palo Alto whenever possible. I guess that's why my speed increases when going through that area, for fear of life and limb.

One thing I have noticed is that headwinds really kick up going eastbound in the afternoon. Dublin Canyon must have been kicking up pretty hard too.
