Here are the measurements you requested (I tried to do them as best I could)

FRONT:

Spacing between bosses
from the outside: 83mm
from the inside: 66-67mm

Diagonal measurement of bosses from center of axle or hub
29mm

Measurement of center of axle (hub) to braking surface end:
31mm

vertical distance of bosses from top part of front fork:
12mm

BACK:

Spacing between bosses
from the outside: 71mm
from the inside: 57mm

I dont know if these make any sense, but I guess there is some difference between the front measurements and the back ones. Im guessing that uncommon...
