That said, you max pressure is indicated on the side of the tire. A higher pressure gives you less rolling resistance, but a harsher ride. A lower pressure gives you a plusher ride. Too low a pressure might result in an increase in snake bite flats.
weird... but in fact you'll have lower rolling resistance at a lower PSI in real world situations (non smooth roads)...
