Recently Performance reneged on a free glove the had offered with a bib tight purchase. After months of waiting for the gloves I called. First they said they couldn't find the order, and after I provided a copy they said they would send out a pair. They did not.
I wrote the above in haste. Received the gloves in February.
In addition, a few months ago I was promised a refund for an overcharge. A month or so later they credited my card with half the amount promised.
A few years ago Performance was courteous, eager to please, accurate in their billing, and a pleasure to do business with. As they grew their business ethics declined. Not worth the hassle of doing business with them any more!
