I went and looked at this bike, it is for real and i dont believe it is stolen. The guy knows his stuff about classic italian and has a couple of other beautiful bikes. i did not buy it because he had originally advertised it as a 56 and we realized when i took it for a ride it must be a 54 or even a 53. i think he must get bikes at shows or off of craigslist, and then flip them because he has had quite a few bikes for sale up here recently.
