i've used both the origin 8 space bar and the titec H bar primarly as a road/hybrid bar


i prefer the H bar on the road (although getting shifters on there is akward)... used it on my 100k tour de cure ride... spent most of the time on the front hooks (right over the brake levers) but gave me a number of other hand positions...

the origin8 is a nice bar and very comfy also... have the standard grip location and a bit further forward "in the hook" which was nice on the road also.

space bar is a cheap option... the titec is a bit more costly.
