Does anybody find cycling a good (Great!) way to relax or release or lose themselves/find themselves? I feel like I can get on a bike right now and ride for hours. Do I sound strange? or do I sound like I fit the bill?
I've found that I'm most relaxed and at peace when I'm on the bike. Many others here feel the same way. An additional perk is that almost all of the answers to really difficult problems arise when I'm cranking those pedals, mostly because I can clear my mind and think.

There's nothing wrong with feeling that way.
