This week - Drink lots of water and a stay away from candy like starbursts on people's desks. 95%
Mon eve - Subway 100%
Tues - Workout on Bike & eat Subway (look out Jared) 100%
Wed - Workout on Bike or do a walking tape & eat Subway 100%
Thursday - Workout on Bike Ok this is what i wanted to report. I usually do intervals on stationary bike at 80-100 rpm level 8 -12. Today I decide to ride steady at level 12,13 and 15 at 90-100. Well i did some intervals satrtng at level 12 stayed about 90-100+ the whole time (fell back in 80s a bit but mostly 90-100...and ended up with 1hr 18.5 miles. That is huge!!!!! I guess the moral is do we really know what we are capable of?? I was back at 8-12 for weeks/months and then just kicked it up a big notch! Trianing for BRAG so wanted to hit it hard.


Had some popcorn this week - otherwise did a ton better!
Friday - Pack for BRAG!
SAT - BRAG - Week long ride across GA.
