Thanks for the reply. I like the versatility of the Swift frame and that it uses standard parts. I like the internal gear hub on the flyby shuttle for low maintenance in bad weather conditions. I also like the swift for its gear ratio, it seems it would be a faster ride than the flyby. I could always replace the Swift drive train with an internal gear hub after I wear out the original cassette.
