i wish the guy had printed his presentation cuz it had alot better numbers. basically he said 1-2 drinks was fine. 4-5 the issues begin. (official drinks.. half pint beer, half glass wine, 1oz shot)
interesting. maybe i should do an experiment, and not drink for a week. if the person who presented his findings is correct, i'll be able to rip the legs off of almost every person i race against.
