I checked out Kona's website. They have a nice selection of bikes; maybe too many for a newby like me . The I was wondering what the opinion on the Kona Blast and Cindercone were vs. the Caldera. I'm not up on what components are good to get or avoid, so I was wondering if going up to the Caldera was worth it or could I (would you) choose and get by with either of those two models? Also, I'm looking for a bike under $1000, not around $1000, but I'll go there if I have to.
