^that chart has a couple of problems. I run 23s and weigh about 180 lbs. So by the chart my tires need to be inflated to 118 psi. If I weighed 5 lbs more than I should go to the max, which on my Hutches is 165 psi. I believe the chart is old enough to not take into account modern tire technology for clinchers and is still assuming that a clincher will not hold more than about 125 psi.

To answer the OP, I would start around 120 psi and then play with them a little to figure out what feels the best. I always run my front tire 10% below my back, but that is a feel thing as well.

For the record, my front is set to 120 psi and my back is set to 133 to 135 psi. That allows a small bulge approximately the same size on both tires. I don't change for conditions.
