Since this is Bike Forums, we don't usually discuss those cases. I think people should be locked up for a while when they negligently kill others. I would hope that at some point people would start paying more attention when they drive. With the insane lack of thought and attention I witness regularly, it's amazing that we can even afford to insure our cars. The thing is, if you want to run a red light and get away with it, kill a cyclist while you are running the light. Then there will be no ticket.
