Handbuilt goods aren't like shopping at McDonalds dude. If you have to wait, you're gonna wait. Lane has been late on lots of orders lately (he's moved shop twice or something this year?), but always comes through. You're not even the first person to make a thread about this. Put aside your modern customer service mentality for a moment and accept that sometimes things don't work the way you want. And when the rack shows up, sell it locally if you want; I'm sure someone will cover your "stolen money" in a heartbeat. If you're near Austin, that someone may even be me.

Most people know by now that the wait time isn't accurate, but worth it. And no one cares about the BBB anymore.
