What if you put a really beefy front wheel, like a 700 35 36 spoke double walled blah-blah doohickey, up front, and grew really strong arms?

I'm wondering if cetma can build a 24 rail rack? i know they can, but would it be practicable? on a fixie?

I will order one if all conditions are met.
