Torque Specs for Coda Stem and Bars (AL?)

My wife wanted to me to flip her stem (to achieve a more relaxed geometry) on her Cannondale F700 MTB. It has the basic headshock threadless fork, the CODA stem, and the CODA bar.

I believe the stem and bar to be AL. They have the old school single binder bolt (see picture above).

The flip went easy, but I couldn't find any torque specs online for the single bolts. I borrowed from Park Tools Torque specs - although they didn't mention CODA specifically) and torqued to 130 in/lbs. Both the steerer's binding bolt and the bars binding bolt.

Now, being that I love my wife . . . anyone have any torque recommendations? Seems pretty solid to me, and we went for a ride after, and everything was fine.
