Sorry to say but essentially bottom of the line road stuff. Maybe Tiagra today? I don't know Tiagra but that's the base stuff I see in specs.

I actually smirked to myself last week because I reached down to shift a downtube shifter. I must have been really woozy because I haven't ridden a down tube shifter bike in 12-15 years. I'd use a left (front) DT shifter since that's used much less. I'd use a bar end for the right/rear shifter though, used them even when I had a downtube left shifter. I don't like not being able to shift the rear at will.
